What counts as an account?
One seller or vendor account on one platform in one region. All countries and ad profiles inside that account are included.
Is every marketplace the same price?
Yes. Every platform costs the same per account. Amazon is live. Walmart, Flipkart and TikTok Shop are coming soon. Each joins at the same price.
How is a month billed?
An account is billable in a month if it was connected on any day of that month, prorated by day. Connecting a second or fourth account prompts an upgrade, and you see the count and bill before it is charged.
What happens when I disconnect an account?
Billing stops at the next cycle. We hold the data for 30 days, then delete it.
Are writes safe?
Writes are on every plan, so guardrails apply on every plan: production writes need a real connected account, changes have budget caps, you preview before you apply, calls take idempotency keys, and every write goes in an audit log.
What are the rate limits?
60 requests/min on Free and Build, 300 on Scale. If you hit a limit you get a clear error with an upgrade link.
